This is just entirely too calm.
Maybe if I just tug a little here.
If I chew on it?
Tsk! This thing is just not cooperating.
That’s better.
No wait. Still needs that certain je ne sais quoi.
Voila. Now ready for House & Garden.
About nadbugs
Anita loves cats. This must be because she, too, has had nine lives. She’s been dancing since she could walk, she was a commercial artist and advertising producer, she earned a third-degree black belt in Aikido, she is a drummer with the Afrique Aya Dance Company, she is an attorney, and she’s a meditator and a devoted student of Nonviolent Communication. She also spent one lifetime sidelined with a devastating back injury in 1992. Since then – FELDENKRAIS METHOD® to the rescue. The FELDENKRAIS METHOD is all about dreaming concretely – thinking intelligently and independently by way of a gracious and kind physicality. The work affords all who study it a process by which to reach, with movement, into the mind and the heart, to make nine lives into one whole being.
you sooooooooooooooo made me laugh with this!!! I think you should go on HGTV with your home makeover skills!! I think you are one superb decorator!
xoxoxo
Actually my agent just took their call. The project is in negotiation. May I use your endorsement? Your name is big over there.
Nice work, Bugs! That looks great! I agree with Caren..you’re ready for HGTV!
But are they ready for me? This is the question.
Hahahaha. He looks so adorable standing up, like he’s wearing thigh-high white boots (or stockings even!).
Why thank you Eleanor. I’m pleased you noticed. Actually I was in the middle of dressing — Human fired my valet (something about the budget) and she’s just not picking up the slack — so this incident was more annoying for me than my post indicates. I am sorely tried over here, just know that.
Wow, Bugs, you are a very details-oriented cat!
But of course. The Divine Feline in the Sky is in the details.
This is just to funny! And Buggs looks so well dressed in his white pants. I never noticed that before till he posed just right.
My heart goes out for your artwork. The first and only time I bought a special ‘noren’ curtain direct from Japan, Littlegirl snagged her claw in it and marred the cloth. It was just once but the damage is done.
Having a well loved cat requires a certain amount of learning to let go of materialist designs.
Those white pants utterly slay me, on a regular basis. Given that I see so much of him walking or running away from me. The cuteness of the hinder parts make up for it. I wish you could see them in motion.
So sorry about your noren curtain. Mine is made of plain cotton, so could stand up to the makeover a little better than I imagine yours did.
And as for the materialism thing, it’s no surprise to notice that you and I think alike. https://catself.wordpress.com/2011/01/19/bugs-as-manjushri-destroyer-of-attachment/

Bugs, we would totally be buds in real life! Interior decorating is one of my many hobbies. I really like rearranging Marmie’s table decor. I’m totally in love with your changes to the room. Very chic, pal.
At last. Somebody appreciates my efforts. I totally value your opinion, my bruthuh. Your treatment with the white rectangles rocked the house.
So tell me the truth, Link. What do you think of re-doing, in avocado this time?
