Bugs Makes The Bed

10:58:  Human is concerned by Wazeau’s thoughtfully pointing out, yesterday, that Bugs may have buried the corpse in the bed.  So decides to err on the side of caution and launder the sheets.

Bugs refrains from mentioning that if Human hadn’t let Valet go, none of this would be necessary.

Bugs surveys the scene; finds it Good.

More preparation is needed, though.

This is so exhausting.

Don’t know how much longer I can keep my head up . . . .

5:55 Next Morning:  Still Unresolved.

About nadbugs

Anita loves cats. This must be because she, too, has had nine lives. She’s been dancing since she could walk, she was a commercial artist and advertising producer, she earned a third-degree black belt in Aikido, she is a drummer with the Afrique Aya Dance Company, she is an attorney, and she’s a meditator and a devoted student of Nonviolent Communication. She also spent one lifetime sidelined with a devastating back injury in 1992. Since then – FELDENKRAIS METHOD® to the rescue. The FELDENKRAIS METHOD is all about dreaming concretely – thinking intelligently and independently by way of a gracious and kind physicality. The work affords all who study it a process by which to reach, with movement, into the mind and the heart, to make nine lives into one whole being.

  1. Wazeau says:

Bugs is very generous to assist with the bedmaking duties, not the least of which is ensuring the comfort level with a nap.

    Wonderful photos!

Wazzie, I’m glad you notice my generosity but I would appreciate it if you’d speak more firmly to Human. Don’t encourage her with that clickclickclick thing. Focus! She fired Valet. That’s the point that needs addressing.

  2. Lila says:

Omg…those few minutes of hilarity with the squirmy furry bump under the sheets is the ONLY reason I ever make my bed 🙂

  3. Eleanor says:

Bugs. You look so handsome against those bright white sheets. And well done for helping. Of course, you knew all along that the beetle wasn’t in there, didn’t you?!

  4. nadbugs says:

Of course I knew. “Helping” was merely disinformation. Don’t breathe a word of this to Human. It’ll be our little secret.

  5. lifewith4cats says:

You did it again with such cool photos. Bugs you are a vision in white. (and grey)

  6. nadbugs says:

    He makes it so easy.

  7. Well, someone has to do the bed and Bugs do it very nicely 🙂

  8. Herman says:

    Ha ha ha… Looks so familiar… 😉

  9. sarasinart says:

I saw this on Mr. Bowie’s blog. What great pictures, and the same bed lumps that I get with my furry one. We’ll never know why they like that……….

  10. Herman says:

Yes… I still remember this… again, one year has passed!

  11. 1EarthUnited says:

Lol, that’s a familiar sight, cats love the smell of fresh sheets!
