I Know I Put That Paw Somewhere . . . .

But where’s the other one?

Whew.  All four, present and accounted-for.

About nadbugs

Anita loves cats. This must be because she, too, has had nine lives. She’s been dancing since she could walk, she was a commercial artist and advertising producer, she earned a third-degree black belt in Aikido, she is a drummer with the Afrique Aya Dance Company, she is an attorney, and she’s a meditator and a devoted student of Nonviolent Communication. She also spent one lifetime sidelined with a devastating back injury in 1992. Since then – FELDENKRAIS METHOD® to the rescue. The FELDENKRAIS METHOD is all about dreaming concretely – thinking intelligently and independently by way of a gracious and kind physicality. The work affords all who study it a process by which to reach, with movement, into the mind and the heart, to make nine lives into one whole being.

I discovered your blog via Cat of the Day recently – I love it! Wonderful photos and text! Best wishes from a fellow cat lover 🙂

  3. It’s amazing how Cats conjure up their limbs at will.

Awww I needed this one today. LOVE the little foot peeking out in the first picture. Plus the paw post was very topical as while playing this morning our boy somehow managed to hook one claw into another, effectively locking his two front paws together. I’ve never seen this happen before! The look on his face was priceless, as was the helpless rolling around on his back like a goofball 🙂

  5. Christine says:

    Aahhhh, to sleep that deeply!

  6. Wazeau says:

Worn out from chasing the little green ball around perhaps? Great photos 🙂

  7. Whew! Glad you found those paws!! It sure would be difficult to get around with two paws on the same side of the body.

If it werent for the top comment I would have missed it all together. But there it is, hidden behind his back. O so cute!!

He’s a bookmark! (I shall explain) He reminds me of a cat bookmark I had as a child. You tucked 2 of the cat’s legs into the book on the page you wanted to save, and the other 2 legs on the page after that. So, book closed, the cat seemed to be sleeping on top of it; book open, there he was with just 2 legs…EXACTLY LIKE BUGS! He didn’t have that ridiculously cute pinky-paw poking out from behind him though.
