About nadbugs

Anita loves cats. This must be because she, too, has had nine lives. She’s been dancing since she could walk, she was a commercial artist and advertising producer, she earned a third-degree black belt in Aikido, she is a drummer with the Afrique Aya Dance Company, she is an attorney, and she’s a meditator and a devoted student of Nonviolent Communication. She also spent one lifetime sidelined with a devastating back injury in 1992. Since then – FELDENKRAIS METHOD® to the rescue. The FELDENKRAIS METHOD is all about dreaming concretely – thinking intelligently and independently by way of a gracious and kind physicality. The work affords all who study it a process by which to reach, with movement, into the mind and the heart, to make nine lives into one whole being.

  1. Maybe The Bean should invest in a nice fur coat. Or a Snuggie.

    • nadbugs says:

Oh probably a Snuggie — great idea, mckmf. Price is no object, of course, so the only impediment to a fur coat would be that somebody else once owned it. Too sad. Snuggie it is.

You need to get him used to standing on top of an inside door.

  3. lahgitana says:

    hahahahahahaha! bad kitty!

  4. It’s much warmer up by the ceiling, anyway.

  5. Great balancing act! According to Jackson Galaxy’s theory, he is obviously a tree dweller. Do you have other high perches he can sit on?

    • nadbugs says:

      But naturally.

All thanks to Jackson the great.

  6. Melanie says:

I have to laugh at the attitude. Of COURSE you should leave the door open for him to use as a perch. Your warmth and comfort are important, of course, but only at a distant second.

Hmm. Snuggie. I think that I might need to get one. It will allow me to cuddle more animals without having to extricate myself from the blankets.

Whatever it takes, to keep the little guy happy. I’m devoted to that. Enlightened self-interest. To paraphrase the Tshirt, if Bugsy ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.
